Poetry Series

Here’s my new series of paintings based on the poetry of Emily Dickinson and others.  I’m taking an aesthetically different approach to this work by using more texture, metallic washes and writing.  The result is more decorative and contemporary than what I usually do; however there are still very highly defined and traditional elements incorporated.  I hope you enjoy what you see.
